We are beyond thrilled to become a part of this community of 8 physicians, 2 teachers, 1 engineer, 1 nurse, moms and dads, and 17 children with a composite name, (McLaughlin, Cropsey, Fader, Wendler, Pfister, Baskins, Banks) committed to living and serving together in Burundi. Our goal is:
To glorify God through medicine by seeking to bring healing and wholeness in word and deed to the underserved of Africa, and to train African medical professionals to do the same.

The Cropseys are our team leaders. John is an ophthalmologist and Jess has her Masters degree in Mathematics. Their wonderful children are Elise, Micah and Sammy.
Jason is a general surgeon and Heather is a Spanish teacher with a Masters degree. Anna and Abi are their two spirited girls.
Caleb (Jason's brother) is an engineer who arrived in Burundi in August, 2015, joined by his wife Krista, a nurse, and baby boy Liam.
Carlan is a fun, energetic Emergency physician from California, recently married to Michelle, a pianist.
